The front of the card can be personalised with any wording and relation. Please ensure you include this information in the personalisation box before you checkout.
The card is printed on 300gsm bright white card and is supplied with a co-ordinating coloured envelope measuring approximately 15 x 15 cms.
The inside of the card is left blank for you to add your own message.
Any watermarks on the image displayed are to protect the artist and your final product will not contain these.

Personalising your card:
Please use the personalisation box for the information for the front of the card. If you have selected to have a message included inside the card, please also add this information.
Please ensure you check your spelling carefully as we will print your personalisation and any message exactly how you have typed it. The only amendment we will make is to correct any layout issues.
If your card is being posted directly to the recipient, please ensure that their name address are correct in the delivery instructions at checkout. For security reasons we cannot change the delivery address details once the order has been placed, the only way to rectify this would be to place a new order with the correct address and once placed request a cancellation of the original order.

Turnaround times:
Turnaround time for the card is 1-2 working days (this does not include Saturday & Sunday).

The postage method used is 1st class which should take 1-2 working days.

Returns:
Returns are not accepted on personalised cards unless we have made an error on the personalisation.

Miscellaneous:
Any glitter contained in the design is printed. We do not use actual glitter on our cards.
There may be a slight variation between the colours you see displayed on the screen and the physical item. This is due to the way that graphics cards display the colours on the screen.
