The front of the card can be personalised with any name and school and a date can be added on the bottom left of the card.  Please ensure you include all the information  in the personalisation box before you checkout.

The card is printed on 300gsm bright white card and is supplied with a co-ordinating coloured envelope measuring approximately 15 x 15 cms.

Personalising your card:

Please use the personalisation box to include the full wording for the front of the card.  If you are paying for a message to be added inside please add this wording as a note when you checkout or via a message. It's really important that you please check your spelling and grammar as we are unable to do this due to our fast turnaround times.

Having your card posted directly to the recipient:

If you would like us to post your card directly to the recipient please ensure that you insert their address into the delivery address information at checkout.  If this is not done the card will go to the delivery address on the order.  

For security reasons we cannot change the delivery address details once the order has been placed, the only way to rectify this would be to place a new order and once placed request a cancellation of the original order.

Turnaround time for the card is 2 working days (this does not include Saturday & Sunday).

Postage options:

The standard postage method used is 2nd class which should take 2-4 working days.  You can upgrade to express shipping which will ensure your card is sent 1st class.  If you need your card with a guaranteed delivery option, please send me a message prior to ordering so I can customise the listing.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted on personalised cards unless we have made an error on the personalisation in which instance we will happily send a corrected product.

Miscellaneous:

There may be a slight variation in colour that that shows on your screen to the actual printed version.  This is caused by the way different graphics cards handle colours on screen.

Any watermarks shown on the listing are there to protect against image theft.  The final product you received will not contain any watermarks on the image.

We do not use actual glitter or foil on our cards, any glitter or foil in the images is printed.
